Jana van Staden

At just 14 years old, Jana is a rising star in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. A learner at Paarl Gimnasium High School, she trains at Wynland Gymnastics Club and has already competed internationally in Slovenia, Latvia, and Malta. Jana has an impressive list of national titles, including 1st overall at the 2025 SA National Championships (gold on beam & floor). In 2025, she qualified for the Junior World Championships in Manila and the Vera Caslavska Olympic Hopes Cup in the Czech Republic, where she will be awarded her Protea colours — a first for Cape Winelands gymnastics
